For IT service providers and MSPs that need a data platform to manage their processes

BrightGauge, a ConnectWise solution, was started in 2011 to fill a missing need in the small-to-medium IT Services industry: a better way to manage data and provide the value of work to clients. BrightGauge Software allows you to display all of your important business metrics in one place through the use of gauges, dashboards, and client reports. Used by more than 1,800 companies worldwide, BrightGauge integrates with popular business solutions on the market, like ConnectWise, Continuum, Webroot, QuickBooks, Datto, IT Glue, Zendesk, Harvest, Smileback, and so many more. Dig deeper into your data by adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing one metric against another. BrightGauge automatically computes these formulas for you. Want to show your prospects how quick you are to respond to tickets? Show off your data with embeddable gauges on public sites.

  • Does what is says. Downside: does ONLY what is says. No options. E.g. if images from multiple pdfs are extracted they all receive the same file name (even though in different folders, each named after the pdf). Would be great if the images could be renamed based on the original pdf, including page numbers etc.). Support not tested.
  • Works almost as described. On my Mac I just dragged the app into Applications and ran it, using right click 'Open' to permit an unsigned app. Files came out where expected. Originally gave a 5, but had to reduce my stars. For some images, rather than an image file I get two files, e.g. image-029.ccitt and image-029.params. Not documented. Looked at the code but could find no occurrence of 'ccitt' or 'params'. I assume these are coming from one of the external components he is pulling in. I did find a sleazy workaround. It appears that one of the filters applied to the images within the pdf is missing or not able to be converted to jpg. In the original pdf I replaced occurrences of Filter/CCITTFaxDecode with Filter/FlateDecode and it seems to work. My documents are pdfs of scans of old typed documents.
  • Easy, simple to use and quickly+properly doing the job.
